When we finally decided to purchase a property in Turkey we did some
research on the internet and came across Deep Blue Villas website, we
eventually contacted Richard and the process of buying in Turkey got under
way. Right from the word go he made us feel very comfortable with the whole

there would be, so we finally decided to visit Turkey in October 2007 and

decided on buying a resale property which needed some renovation, I must say

What a great time we had viewing property in Turkey. Fatih took such pains to look after us and make sure the process ran smoothly. He knew our budget and didn't try and show us properties we couldn't afford and when we found one we wanted to buy, he held our hands through the process. We would like to advise anyone who is thinking of buying a home in Turkey and concerned about buying abroad, sending money to almost a stranger and worried that there will be problems that you are unable to sort because you are back in the UK.....worry no more.
We went to Turkey and met with Fatih, who not only made us feel very comfortable in his company but gave us a great insight into how Turkish people are very honourable and trustworthy and in the process of buying our home and having it renovated, found all this to be true. Nothing has been too much trouble and every step of the way we have been advised and sent progress photos.

After giving me the keys to my villa you tirelessly obtained quotes from various builders, plumbers and electricians - each of whom you met on site and explained the work that I wanted to be done. You scrutinized the work that had been carried out to ensure it was to a high standard, and you resolved issues where necessary. Afterwards, when I needed to buy furniture and white goods, you spent time scouring numerous shops advising me which ones had special offers for each item. You did not charge anything for your time and you genuinely worked very hard to simplify everything for me. You've been very helpful and I sincerely appreciate your efforts.
